These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SupportCentral, including the website, public forms, account areas and operational modules.
Use of the service
SupportCentral is provided for lawful business and operational use. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access or upload harmful or unlawful content.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued to your organization and users. Roles, tenant boundaries and access permissions are controlled within the product and must be used responsibly.
Customer data
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of the data they store and process through the service.
Billing and plan limits
Access to features, limits, seats, mailboxes, AI usage, reporting and exports may depend on the assigned plan, current billing status and any approved overrides.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, maintain or refine features over time. While every effort is made to keep the service stable and practical, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Acceptable conduct
- Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data
- Do not abuse imports, uploads or downloads for unlawful or harmful activity
- Do not use the platform to send spam, malicious content or unauthorized data collection workflows
Limitation
SupportCentral is intended to improve operational execution, but customers remain responsible for final business decisions, approvals and policy enforcement inside their own organizations.
