Grievance redressal

If something has gone wrong and normal support has not fixed it, this is the escalation path, and these are the timelines we hold ourselves to.

Start with support

Most problems are fastest to fix at support@supportcentral.in, with your organisation name and what happened. Please try that first — the Grievance Officer is an escalation, not a queue-jump.

Grievance Officer

Name and designation: published here once appointed.

Email: grievance@supportcentral.in. Postal address: India.

Appointed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

What they can help with

  • A request about your personal data — access, correction, completion, erasure or nomination — that has not been actioned.
  • A privacy concern about how we have handled data.
  • A billing dispute that support has not resolved.
  • Conduct by us that you believe breaches our own published policies.

Our timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receiving your grievance.
  • Resolution: within 15 days.
  • If we need longer, we will tell you before the 15 days are up, explain why, and give a date.

How to help us resolve it quickly

Tell us your organisation name, what happened and when, what you have already tried, and what outcome you are looking for. If it concerns an email, forwarding the original with its headers intact saves a day of back and forth.

If your grievance is about personal data held by an organisation that uses our product — your employer, for instance — we will acknowledge it and tell you promptly, but the decision is theirs to make and we will point you to them. We will assist them if they ask us to.

If you are still not satisfied

You may approach the Data Protection Board of India in respect of a personal-data grievance, or the appropriate consumer forum. Nothing on this page limits any right you have in law.

Something here unclear or unfair? Tell us at support@supportcentral.in. We would rather fix the wording than argue about it later. See also Terms, Privacy and Grievance redressal.
