Branding your help centre
The help centre is the page your whole organisation sees. Fifteen minutes here is worth more than an afternoon anywhere else in the product.
What you can change
- Logo — shown in the help centre header (Settings → Help centre branding).
- Accent colour — buttons and links on the help centre.
- Name and support address — Settings → Company Settings; they appear in emails and on the help centre.
- Both are available on every plan.
Choosing a colour people can read
White text sits on your accent colour, so choose one dark enough to give at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio — the WCAG AA threshold for normal text. The picker does not check this for you. Brand colours are often chosen against a logo rather than against body text, and a pale one is hard to read for anybody with even mild low vision.
If your brand colour is pale, use it in the logo and pick a darker shade of the same hue here. Nobody will notice; everybody will be able to read it.
Two desks, one identity
IT and HR have separate queues and separate permissions in one workspace with one bill, under one logo and colour. An HR request is not visible to the IT team, and the other way round.
